This recipe came about because our peach tree is ripe and loaded. We’ve been eating huge portions of peach crisp every morning for breakfast and aren’t making a dent in them. I had an event and was looking for a dish to highlight some of my products and feature in season produce.

I found a Peach Salsa recipe online and then substituted my Spicy Bear (Rim of Fire would have been great too) and Meyer Lemon olive oil for the lime juice and honey in the recipe I chose.

The photo shows the salsa as salsa; for the presentation I did long slices and served 1 per tortilla chip.
